Mediation: A consensual and voluntary process in which discussion between the parties is facilitated by the mediator, providing the parties with a way to systematically identify their issues, develop options, consider alternatives; and assisting them to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Facilitated discussions: A less formal service that provides a forum for the discussion and resolution of sensitive issues.

Team assessments: Reviewing and diagnosing challenges within a team including conflict, difficulties with change, poor communication, difficulties with leadership and ineffective team culture. You will be given a clear assessment of issues and a recommended strategy to address these issues.

Investigation: Formal investigation of complaints and providing findings and recommendations to the organisation.

Conflict coaching: 1:1 coaching that is tailored for staff or managers to develop awareness, skills and behavioural change.

Team facilitations: A facilitated process to discuss issues affecting a team and also working with the team to address areas such as team culture, communication, behavioural codes of conduct and conflict resolution.

Training programs for managers and staff: Tailored training across a range of interpersonal and leadership topics is available to enhance skills in conflict resolution.
